"Shipping was a letdown this time"
I’ve been a loyal fan of this brand for a while, so I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the shipping took way longer than expected. The frustrating part was that there weren’t any real updates along the way, so I was just left wondering what was going on. I still like the brand, but this experience definitely tested my patience...

"These are definitely cute and they look good..."
These are definitely cute and they look good on, but comfort-wise they were just okay. After wearing them for a few hours, my feet started getting tired fast, so I wouldn’t call them all-day shoes. I also reached out hoping for some follow-up or advice, but never heard anything back, which was frustrating.

"I really liked how these looked..."
I really liked how these looked when they arrived, and they were cute with a few outfits. But after only a few wears, the sole started coming apart, which was disappointing for the price. I reached out to support and it felt like I just got a copy-paste response back, so that made the whole thing even more frustrating. I expected better quality.

"Cute shoes, but the fit was off"
I really wanted these to work because they’re so cute, but the sizing just felt off. I ordered my normal size and they were tight around my toes but somehow still slipped at the heel, so walking in them wasn’t comfortable for long. The return process has been a little frustrating too, I was charged, but I haven’t really gotten an update yet, which is annoying. For the price, I expected the fit and overall experience to be better...

"Honestly, the exchange process was confusing"
I was trying to do an exchange, but the whole thing ended up being way more confusing than I expected. I’m still not totally sure why it took so long, but the return process dragged on and was kind of a headache.

"Just not my style, not really"
I really wanted to like these shoes, I really did, but they just aren’t my style at all. They feel too chunky, like way too chunky, and the shape looks kind of odd on my feet. The colors looked cute online, but in person they’re super loud and hard to match with anything. I kept trying them with different outfits and they still looked off. Just not for me, not worth it for my taste...

In my experience, the customer service was just okay. They took longer than I expected to reply, which was a little frustrating, but once they got back to me, they did help sort things out. So overall, not terrible, just not especially impressive either.
